Monitoring of Subsidised Bus Contracts

• Overseeing the supervision and monitoring of the Negotiated Contracts that were concluded between the Gauteng Department of Roads and Transport and subsidised bus operators within the province

• Official Representative in line with the subsidy contract requirements. Responsible for chairing all the contract meetings and certification of bus operator monthly claims and overall contract administration of the bus subsidy contract.

• Development of monthly monitoring reports on the overall operations and services provided under the subsidised bus contracts

• Development of reports on monitoring activities to serve at the Roads and Transport Portfolio Committee of the Gauteng Provincial LegisLature on behalf of the client
