A Re Yeng BRT Project of the City of Tshwane

Part of the Project Management Unit (PMU) as Lead Negotiator and Technical Advisor to the City on Industry Transition. Played a key advisroy role in the establishment of the Tshwane Rapid Transit (Pty) Ltd, which is the Bus Operating Company contracted to the City of Tshwane for the provision of their A Re Yeng BRT services. TRT is owned by the Tshwane Taxi Industry. Negotitaed the Interim Bus Operating Company Agreement.
Development of monthly PMU reports for the Industry Transition section, which involves the transformation of the minibus taxi industry affected by the implementation of A Re Yeng services.
